ClassElf.com Official Review

ClassElf.com which has been in business since 2015, having very high positive ratings from users, with customer support and management seemingly based in America (NY and CA) is a curious entrant to the world of online class taking websites. Based on Google SERP data the website as of 2022 was first indexed by Google: More than 10 years ago. They have “elfish” tutors who take online classes, tests, do homework and do other academic work for students. Our experience as well as overall reviews about Class Elf have been overwhelmingly positive. We have done trial buys with Class Elf and assigned them work to do, the tutors ClassElf.com assigned to take our online classes have gotten good grades. The customer support team is responsive and they work throughout the week. They reply within minutes typically and in our phone conversations we detected Brooklyn accents. ClassElf.com website is curious in that they try to avoid being too upfront about the services they provide, which can be confusing for some users, but it is reassuring that they play it PC because there’s less likelihood of negative attention. The website content is also interesting in that it is all grammatically right and doesn’t make any boastful unbelievable claims (like that they help millions of students or that they have hundreds of thousands of tutors) – good sign that they’re trustworthy. Some ClassElf.com employees seem to operate out of California because the didn’t have the thick Brooklyn accents and during our trial buys we’d make small talk (to make sure the website we’re dealing with is based in America and is clued in to cultural and other references) they’d talk about basketball and baseball, with their employees talking about watching the Golden State Warriors playing, and so on, in another instance we spoke to the customer support employee who had the Brooklyn accent and when we asked about the Mets he spoke at length (good sign that Class Elf is actually based in America). Based on domain name WHOIS data the website was registered in 2015, ClassElf.com having been operation for over 7 years as of date is quite impressive. Usually if a website is set up to scam people the domain is likely to be newly registered. In terms of technology it is fairly obvious ClassElf.com has spent a pretty penny making their website, with quite a bit of focus placed on time to first byte and overall website speed, they have also utilized Javascript frameworks such as the latest version of JQuery, the website also serves images in formats such as webp to improve page speed. Why was the site indexed by Google “more than 10 years ago” but domain WHOIS shows registry date just 7 years (as of date)? It’s possible the domain expired and was re-registered. That likely explains the discrepancy. We have several reviews by verified users who have claimed to have overwhelmingly pleasant and positive experience working with ClassElf.com which is really great. Based on our estimations of similar web traffic, Ad-spending and other data, ClassElf.com seems to generate revenues of between $100,000 and $250,000 on average – which is also a good sign. Because websites that pull in more money generally have far more of an incentive to do a good job.

ClassElf.com has a solid Terms of Use as well as Privacy Policy – which we read so you don’t have to, we did the research on both of these documents and find that they’re crafted thoughtfully and intelligently. The fact that they have an LLC registered in Delaware is also a good sign (because if they were scamming people they’d get sued in America). The websites “About” page talks about how the co-founders started the business and how one of the co-founders (John Lemos) is passionate about technology, this likely explains the exceptional detail this company pays to how fast the website loads, using what appears to be custom made server software and their great UI and UX (on phones as well as on tablets and desktops/laptops).
