OnlineClassHelpCenter.com is an online tutoring/online class cheating website that is run by Indians (we suspect). Our experience trying to deal with them was disappointing to say the least. After being engaged to take a course and after completing payment they said they had a tutor doing the work but all this tutor was doing was completing viewing only assignments (not doing any work other than viewing videos). Several deadlines passed and the course grade reached a fail. When asked for a refund they refused to process it. But they process payment using PayPal so we were able to get the payment refunded using PayPals dispute resolution center. This appears to be a fraudulent enterprise top to bottom run by completely incompetent people. Their website makes pretty bold claims of helping students take PhD courses and that they have Alumni from Leading Universities including (according to their website) NYU, Columbia, Princeton and Ucal – this seems ridiculous considering their customer support personnel don’t even speak English, don’t answer the phones (on weekdays) and deny customers refunds when a refund is legitimately sought. They also claim to have gotten “A” grades for 498,545 students (which just beggars belief). Based on Whois data their website domain name was registered on 2021-10-28, so based on their claim of having helped 498,545 students get “A” grades, they would’ve had to have helped at least 83,090 each month for 6 months – this is impossible (even if they had thousands of tutors doing the work). Clearly Online Class Help Center expects their users to not check facts. They also claim to work with Amazon, Coursera, Grammarly, Chegg and Udemy as partners, this also is hard to believe – why would these reputable firms partner with an online class cheating website? The only partnership they seem to actually have WritingHelpPortal.com (which is their payment front), and with "LearnInnovate Solutions Inc"- which is a Delaware registered corporation that was formed on December 16, 2021, this likely indicates they have an American front-man/front-woman whom they have conned in to helping them set up a company and take payments in America. Whoever they have co-opted to serve as their front man (or front-woman) will be in for a rude shock when they find themselves getting sued for non-delivery of services and for fraud. Their website is hosted on an IIS server and uses ASP.NET which is rather weird as it is pretty outdated tech stack to use. But in India there are a lot of developers who cut their teeth writing code in ASP.NET (based on insights from Stackoverflow and Github) so it makes sense they’d use ASP.NET – in spite of the poor speed, security vulnerabilities and non-ease of coding and upgrading associated with using ASP.NET and IIS. They have used directnic.com as their Domain Registrar, which is a weird choice. And have used Instra Corporation Pty Ltd. an Australian Domain Registrar for registering their payment front WritingHelpPortal.com domain.
